Yes ILETAns (TM)! This is it! A MasterClass in Fresh Pasta making!
You cannot come to Bologna and not try our extra curricula activity beginning with the Bolognese Roller Pin Pasta classes, with your own raw ingredients and benches to work. There is no watching here! Its action time!
Learn how to make Tortellini or Tortelloni, hand rolled pasta; Tagliatelle and it variants (pappardelle, tagliolini), maltaglianti.
Learn how to nest for portioning and preserving.
And the good new ! It doesnt end there ! You will also learn the secrets of wines and cuisines of the world.
And of course, there is eating – lots of eating!
